On the way to work (yes I take pictures while driving and I know this is dangerous but I was going really slow and made sure no other cars were around)
I was so excited to see the snow this morning and decided to wear my new snowflake scrub top.
Keith, Lisa, and I decided to go to Ridge Point Church on saturdaay night. It was very different than what I was used to but I liked it. Very casual setting. The pastor couldn't have been more than 25 years old. The sermon was about "hatred" and he referred to a passage from the Bible that dealt with rape which he referred to frequently. I was surprised at how openly he talked about this during the sermon (lots of kids). Keith liked it because we were all invited to take part in communion by going up front to little tables. He is Catholic and is used to getting a "host" at every service. We all agreed that we would definitely go back. And I really liked the concept of going to church on saturday night and sleeping in on sunday (is that bad?) Here is Tim, Lyndsey, and Gracie before Gracie's baptism which took place after the regular service. And yet another martini picture at 84 East :)
