One "Roo" lighter!


I figure Kelsey weighs pretty close to 20 lbs. and that is exactly how much weight I have lost since Jan. 5. I feel really good about it! Being on the Medifast meals for the first few weeks definitely helped me get a good jump start on things. For the past few weeks I have been using 3 Medifast meals and day along with 3 other healthy "mini meals". I just make sure to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, try and stay under 100 grams of carbs, drink lots of water, and exercise as least 20-30 minutes most days. Easy! And I do sneak small bites of cookies, frosting, and other goodies once in a while too :)

I was trying to figure out what your title meant at first but of course now I get it. Very creative! Actually I just weighed her today and she did weight 20 lbs excactly on my scale :) Way to go!!!!! You do look great!

I don't see HOW you ever needed to lose that much weight but I am sure you look even more fabulous, if that is possible....awesome.
