the trip is getting shorter

Each time I drive to Colon the trip seems a little shorter. Today especially since I had Lisa in the car with me and we chatted the whole way there and back. Made it there today before 9:00. Mace was waving from the window when we pulled up. I swear Macey's vocabulary is expanding by the day and Kelsey is crawling up the steps and can pull herself up to a standing position while holding onto something. Poor Kels has a cold and has a crusty nose and rosy cheeks but looks as cute as can be. Elizabeth and kids came over (they are walking distance which is so nice) and we all went to lunch at the M&M cafe. The kids even got to sit in their own booth. The girls both had good naps in the afternoon so us girls had some time to sit and chat. Jen made me one of the best cups of coffe I have ever had. It really tasted like a cup from JP's! Not sure if it was that Creme Brule creamer or what....
