We missed out on Artprize last year so made sure we got downtown GR to check it out this year. So glad we did. SO MUCH to look at (art and people!). I feel like we only saw a fraction of the art and would like to get down there one more time and check out some of the other stuff. This was the speaker that was part of our "chair" we were sitting in. The whole thing vibrated and and changed colors while blasting out loud music. Looked really cool at night as we walked by later.Made from TV dinner trays
This one was one of my favorites. Remember those little yellow toy shopping carts? (see on the very bottom)

WOW! I'm glad you described them because there's no way you can tell what they're made of otherwise. Neutrogena soap...interesting. I saw Amy Bjorum posted the fish on her site. I think her husband made that.
Such cool pics, Brenda - I've heard so much about Artprize, but we've never been. We'll have to make a point of it next year; I think Uncle Scott would really like it, too. Thanks for posting all the great pictures!
I loved the one you like to Brenda, that artist came from Florida. Two people from GR went in his art studio and told him to enter that piece in ArtPrize. I also really liked the pencil drawing of the civil war soldiers.
